The Heart Behind Timeline Catalyst

My name is Cherylee, and I am deeply honored to share the heart and soul behind Timeline Catalyst. This venture is a living manifestation of my passion and life’s purpose: to support beautiful souls in navigating transitions, embracing transformations, and reclaiming their truest, most vibrant selves.

My journey began long before the creation of Timeline Catalyst. For over 32 years, I’ve been immersed in a lifestyle of fitness and holistic health, complemented by a 20-year career in nursing. Witnessing the delicate balance of human fragility and resilience profoundly shaped my understanding of what it means to heal—not just the body, but the mind, soul, and spirit.

As I expanded my own journey, I stepped into the roles of holistic health coach, fitness mentor, yoga instructor, meditation guide, breathwork facilitator, and Geo Love practitioner. These practices aligned me with a deeper truth: that at our core, we are energetic beings. It is within this energetic realm that the most profound transformations occur.

Timeline Catalyst was born from my own experience of growth and awakening. Life has taken me through the shadowy nights of the soul, the voids of uncertainty, and the deep introspection of transformation. With each challenge, I learned to release limiting beliefs and unprocessed emotions, uncovering a clearer, more empowered version of myself. These experiences not only shaped me but also clarified my mission: to help others clear the invisible barriers that hold them back, so they can live authentically and joyfully.

Through Timeline Catalyst, I offer a space of love, guidance, and empowerment. My programs focus on healing at all levels—mind, body, soul, and spirit—with a special emphasis on the energetic shifts that allow us to step into our highest potential. Together, we can move beyond the constraints of the past and into a life filled with peace, purpose, and fulfillment.
